If you have an urgent question during your stay, it is best to call or visit the information office in person. For detailed enquiries or to request information, email is the most suitable option. Please note the office opening hours when expecting a response.

The Brixen Tourism information office is at Regensburger Allee 9, close to the old town. Staff provide personal advice, maps and information about accommodation, events, transport and activities. Check the current opening hours before visiting, particularly at weekends, on public holidays and between seasons.

The team can help you find your way around Brixen and advise on excursions, events, transport, walking, cycling, accommodation and bookable activities. Binding information about prices, availability or operating conditions may need to be confirmed directly with the provider. The tourist information office is not an emergency service.

Brixen.org provides an accommodation search and a range of bookable experiences and events. Some can be booked online, others through the information office or only with the provider. Check the price, availability, cancellation terms and payment method for each offer. 

The tourist information office provides a selection of town maps, information materials and, subject to availability, walking or cycling publications. Many resources are also available digitally on brixen.org or through guest information.
