The Brixen Christmas Market is held on Cathedral Square in the heart of the historic old town. The cathedral, arcaded streets, shops, cafés and restaurants are all close by, making it easy to combine the market with a walk through the old town or a visit to the Light & Music Show at the Hofburg.
The Brixen Christmas Market brings together South Tyrolean crafts and regional products, food and drink, and a cultural programme. Many of the products are made or finished in South Tyrol. Its setting on Cathedral Square, surrounded by the historic old town and the nearby Hofburg, gives the market a strong connection to Brixen’s culture and history.
The Brixen Christmas Market focuses on handmade and regional products, including items made from wood, glass, ceramics, wool and textiles, as well as natural cosmetics and South Tyrolean specialities.
