Martina Dal Brollo is an Italian artist with an interdisciplinary approach. With a background in painting, she now also experiments with performances, ephemeral actions and light installations. During her master's degree in Groningen, the Netherlands, she focused primarily on the problem of environmental pollution, using waste as evidence or data to be analysed.

Martina Dal Brollo works with rubbish that she finds on the street. She uses these found objects to develop material collages, which she enlarges using a camera and projects onto the surrounding walls. She uses a special dichroic filter to transform plastic waste into an iridescent play of colours. Her display rotates so that the colour compositions in the projection change continuously. The installation is an example of how harmful waste can serve as the source material for something new.
