Törggelen in Brixen – The fifth season
Törggelen is a South Tyrolean autumn custom which started out as a way of bidding farewell to the harvest season, but today is a vibrant celebration of local flavours. From October until the start of advent, South Tyroleans and visitors to the region can sample and enjoy locally harvested produce. Food aside, hikes through the vivid autumn landscape are also an integral part of Törggelen in Brixen. It’s the perfect combination of hiking, delicious food and life’s simple pleasures.
