JULIAN HÖLSCHER STUDIO | TROPFSTEIN

City Library

Tropfstein develops audiovisual concepts that grow directly from architecture and context. The work makes visible the hidden structures lying within the geometry of the façade. Slow, decelerated visual movements serve as a reminder that change towards a sustainable future takes time. Hypnotic visuals meet a sound collage of ambient noises and musical fragments that provide shimmering impulses, transitioning the image into eruptive transformations. The installation invites the audience to activate their imagination, opening a space between perception, interpretation, and reflection, thereby making the relationship between space, sound, and light tangible.
