IMAGINE PEACE ARTIST
Pallets is a travelling light installation centred on sustainability, collective participation and the human value of peace. The local community is invited to actively co-create the project and collaboratively construct a temporary light sculpture. Borrowed, reused or repurposed materials are employed, particularly Euro pallets available on site. The technical setup is deliberately reduced to a laptop and projectors. All construction materials are sourced locally, minimising transport distances and avoiding additional waste. Pallets are loaned or donated by local businesses and, after the presentation, returned or reused. Fastenings such as straps and ropes also remain within the local cycle. A pre-developed construction plan ensures recognisability and enables simple assembly without heavy tools or permanent intervention.
